Our Legacy of Excellence
From Strasbourg to Amman - Jordan, Schaal continues its legacy as the Chocolatier of Chocolatiers, to bring timeless French excellence for every moment of indulgence!
CHOCOLATIER DES CHOCOLATIERS
SINCE 1871
In 1871, François Schaal established his chocolatier business on the banks of the Ill River in Strasbourg, in the heart of the historic Petite France district.
Heir to a long family tradition, the artisan developed the production of chocolate treats. Success quickly followed. The company's products now delight generations of gourmets.
Passionate about his craft, Mr. Schaal took advantage of modern and efficient production facilities. Surrounded by a squad of authentic chocolatiers, he was soon supplying his colleagues' boutiques with high-quality, custom- made products. He thus became the Chocolatier of Chocolatiers.
